Soul Binder - Cyberzombies

Issue Description:

I'm trying to spawn in cyberzombies from the Cyberware mod. I've got a cyberzombie captured in a soul vial and I've got a broken blaze spawner. I can put either one in the soul binder but not both. I know this happens when the mob type is blacklisted (eg villagers or iron golems), but cyberzombies are not in the blacklist.

Is there an obvious reason I'm missing as to why I can't set the spawner type to cyberzombies? Is there a config I need to add this entity to for this to work?

Thanks!

Affected Versions:

  • EnderIO: 1.10.2-3.0.1.136_beta
  • EnderCore: 1.10.2-0.4.1.60-beta
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 2151

Other mods also have the ability to blacklist their mobs from the spawner. I'd suspect this is what's happening here. There is no additional check other than the blacklist for this recipe.

Okay, thanks for the quick reply!
I tried navigating around the problem by making a regular zombie spawner and placing Cyberware's radio beacon nearby. The radio beacon should, within a 128 block radius, give every zombie that spawns a 20% chance of spawning as a cyberzombie. I've only spawned regular zombies so far, so apparently that's not a solution either :)

Cyberware comes with an item that increases the chance that cyberzombies spawn, so it's very likely that Henry is right that the mod author has done this deliberately to prevent people from exploiting spawning them through alternate means.
