Filling a reservoir with a bucket from your off-hand dupes the bucket

What happens:Filling a reservoir with a bucket from your off-hand dupes the bucket

What you expected to happen:Filling a reservoir with a bucket from your off-hand should not dupe the bucket

Steps to reproduce:

1.Place a reservoir
2.Put a water bucket in off-hand
3.Fill the reservoir with off hand bucket
4.Keep off-hand bucket and get an empty bucket as well
