[1.10.2] Lapis in Enchanter gets destroyed on pickup

Issue Description:

When breaking the Enchanter block from Ender IO with Lapis in the inventory (in the Lapis slot), once placed back down the Lapis is not there. It's probably not being stored as data when the enchanter is being picked up.

What happens:

Any Lapis inside an Ender IO Enchanter after being replaced will have disappeared

What you expected to happen:

The Lapis from the enchanter should either drop as an item entity on break or be stored on the Enchanters tile data (With a tool-tip stating how much is inside (Maybe even make it blue or something).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place an Ender IO Enchanter down in the world
  2. Open the GUI and place Lapis in the Lapis marked inventory slot
  3. Exit the GUI of the Ender IO Enchanter
  4. Equip a Pickaxe or the Ender IO Yeta Wrench and Break/Wrench the Ender IO Enchanter
  5. Pick it up then place it back down in the world
  6. Re-Open the Ender IO Enchanter GUI and. . . Result!
