Dimensional Transceiver Item Loss in Sky Factory 3

Issue Description:

I just made a small system that is supposed to transfer items from the nether to the overworld, but I noticed there is an item loss going on!

What happens:

I grab like 16 items of whatever, and slowly right click into a chest that the transceiver pulls out of about every 3 or 4 I put into the chest. I go to the overworld and when I put in say, 16 transfer pipes, only 4 show up in the overworld after the one in the overworld outputs into a chest.

Both areas are chunk loaded by the FTBUtils or whatever

What you expected to happen:

All of the items to go through

Steps to reproduce:

1.Put a chest next to the sending transceiver that it automatically pulls from
2.Put one that the other transceiver puts into another chest in another dimension
3.Slowly put an amount of items in the sender, the receiver doesn't get all of them!
...

  • EnderCore:1.10.2-0.4.1.62-beta.jar

I fiddled with the transceivers and it seems that these two don't transfer all the items:
Transfer Nodes from ExtraUtils2, and Nether stars.
I tried gravel, red dye, and Refined storage cables and they worked consistently.
