[FR] Painted tank fluid rendering

Issue Description:

When painted with something that has connected textures, EnderIO tanks still render their internal fluid as if using the standard tank texture.

What happens:

With completely full tanks, a weird gap is visible between the fluid in two adjacent tanks.

You can see this in this video: https://youtu.be/4j-Fm_D7F-I?t=7m17s

What you expected to happen:

The fluid would render to the edge of the block so that adjacent tanks appear to be one larger tank, at least as long as they're full. (I realise gaps would appear vertically for partially empty tanks, since they're not really forming a larger multiblock tank.)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Craft at least two EIO tanks.
  2. Paint them with something mostly transparent with connected textures; many mod-added types of glass do this, including Quite Clear Glass.
  3. Fill the tanks completely with any fluid.
  4. Place the tanks directly adjacent, either horizontally or vertically. The external textures connect, the internal ones do not.

Affected Versions:

  • EnderIO: 3.1.156
  • EnderCore: 4.1.64
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.3.2185
