Redstone conduit oddities...

Issue Description:

In my world, redstone conduits are being very...finicky.

I ran into this problem whilst trying to automate Botania runes; I needed 4 separate redstone signals (of varying strengths) to be brought along a bundled cable (in this case, I used the redstone conduits).

What happens:

As you can see in my first image, the conduit connecting to the brown channel has a strength of 3.

I then used the conduit system to carry the signal over to a separate area (in the same chunk). However, (and yes, I do know the conduits lose 1 signal strength through transportation, which is what I a was prepared for,) the signal didn't carry through.

Upon updating the network (placing a conduit on the line and breaking it,) the signal fixed itself. This happens to me every time consistently.

What you expected to happen:

I expected the conduit strength to carry through, losing only 1 signal strength instead of all of it.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build the (part) of the circuit shown in the picture.
  2. Power it with any signal strength (mine varies from 3 to 1)
  3. Update the wire and witness the change.
