
Item Conduit GUI Buttons Effecting Multiple Values

Issue Description:
When pressing various buttons in the Item Conduit GUI, they have multiple effects which are not correlated and probably shouldn't occur.
What happens:
Pressing "Merge" decreases priority - likewise, decreasing priority merges.
Pressing "Show" increases priority - likewise, increasing priority shows the accepted items.
What you expected to happen:
Increasing and Decreasing priority being fully independent of the Merge and Show buttons.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place item conduit
- Insert existing item filter
- Press any: merge, show, + or - Priority
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- EnderIO: 3.1.192
- EnderCore: 0.4.1.65-beta
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: 12.18.3.2281
