Issue Description:

The capacitor bank in the 1.12 unfinished version

What happens:

There is an issue where the face of the bank goes away after a block (in this case a wired charger) was placed in front of it, and I couldn't find a way to get the face to come back without destroying the block.

What you expected to happen:

The face to be unfazed
