Dimensional transceiver

Issue Description:

We build own modpack for minecraft server, and we got troubles with TPS. When we noticed low TPS, we going to see WarmRoast and one another profiler, and find high load becouse Dimensional transceiver, it may laod chunk more than 50% by itself.

What happens:

Low TPS on server

What you expected to happen:

Some information how we can fix it

Steps to reproduce:

I didn't know difinetly, in owr server just using that transceivers
...

  • Minecraft: 1.7.10
