Issue Description:

When watching the progress bar fill instead of stopping at the designed ending, it continues to go past it before restarting

Steps to reproduce:

In this instance i have Wither Skeletons being spawned by a EIO powered spawner with octadic capacitor which spawn on vector plates pushing off the edge an onto powered diamond spikes form cyclic which i then use a vacuum hopped from openblocks to collect items and XP .. the Exp is then transfered via a Fluiduct from thermal Dynamics into the Obelisk
