Whenever a certain user on my server logs in the server instantly crashes

Looks like a sponge error to me.

Yes it is... and sponge wont support 1.10.2
You can turn on remove erroring entity and remove erroring tile entity in forge.cfg to work around this
It will delete the faming station but atleast they can play.
