[1.12.2] Painter Blacklist not blacklisting for dark/ender helm

Issue Description:

If you add blocks to the blacklist of the painter, its removing all possible ways to use the item in a painter besides for the dark/ender helm (normal and upgraded).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Blacklist a block for the painter.
  2. Check the usage of that block in game with jei.
  3. Dark/Ender helm are still with a painting recipe.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: 5.0.29
  • EnderCore: 0.5.35
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.4.2732
