Fluid Tanks doesn't let you change Void Mode

Issue Description:
When pouring a hot fluid on a Fluid Tank, this enables a Void Slot. This should let you void any items that you put in that slot, as long as you change Void Mode to any compatible one (like Always). But even changing its mode, the slot remains inactive.
And if you have the Void Mode in "Always" or "If not Container", and exit the GUI and re-enter, it changes to "Never".
What happens:
You cant void items in the void slot, and changing Void Modes doesn't persist.
What you expected to happen:
Be able to void items, and changing Void Modes persistently.
Steps to reproduce:
- Put a Fluid Tank, or a Pressurized Fluid Tank on the floor.
- Pour lava inside.
- Enter the GUI, and change Void Mode to anything other than "Never".
- Exit the GUI, and re-enter.
- You can see that the Void Mode reverted to "Never".

- Forge: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768
