Dimentional Transceiver don't transfer fluids

Issue Description:

Dimentional Transceiver don't transfer fluids (even if configured to do so and powered)

What happens:

I am using two Dimentional Transceiver and I want to transfert lava from a fluid tank to another.
One Transceiver is powered with a Creative Capacitor Bank (for testing purpose) and send energy on a channel. The second Transceiver is receiving energy from this channel, providing it power.

The first Transceiver is configured to send fluid on a specific channel and is pulling from a full lava fluid tank (with the internal configuration and fluid conduits, both don't work). The second configured to receive fluid from the same channel and is pushing to an empty fuild tank (i've tried both ways too).

Using the internal configuration of the Transceiver or fluid conduits lead to the same result : no fluid is passing throught the Transceiver. Nothing is sended, nothing is received.

What you expected to happen:

Since i'm pushing lava to a Transceiver configured to send fluids on a channel and i have another transceiver receiving fluid on the same channel, i'm expecting to be able to transfert fluids.
I have a full tank and an empty one, so there is a valid source and a valid destination for the fluid.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place two transceivers
  2. Configure them to recieve or send energy and fluids (depending on wich one should send fluids)
  3. Power the 'master' one
  4. Try to transport fluid throught the transceivers
