The dimensional transceiver has a limit on the amount of fluid it transfers per tick. After hours of trying new and better conduits, i'd like to suggest stating the transceiver's limit in a visible manner (not in a reddit thread buried in the archives of the internet)

What happens not: The fluid is delivered to my life-safing machines.
What happens: I die

Steps to reproduce:

1. Travel to extraplanet's Ceres while having some other bases needing oxygen
2. build a habitat and
3. connect the oxygen sealer to the transceiver
4. try to breath

The only limit is the amount of energy available in the sending transceiver.

Three vibrant capacitor banks next to the transceiver remained full, the ender fluid conduit sufficed to fill a second transceiver. Another user mentioned 4000 mB/second or /tick. The second transceiver is powered from the same capacitor bank.
The transceivers receive enough energy to power a number of spawners without showing a dent.
