1.7.10 Version - Crashes game with MemoryTickingException when Ender Energy Conduit is placed.

Issue Description:

The entire game crashes with a MemoryTickingException when an Ender Energy Conduit is placed. This started happening randomly, and even after updating the mod to the most recent version, still happens. I am using the 1.7.10 because I'm using the Hermitcraft Modsauce 2 modpack. Would you still be able to look into this? Or provide steps into fixing it? Thank you.

When the game is restarted, the block which the energy conduit was supposed to appear inside is just a "conduit connector" and is invisible. This can be broken by hand. The issue keeps happening however.

What you expected to happen:

The power conduit to place correctly and connect to the line I placed it adjacently to.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a power conduit within a longer line. This only started happening however after I had been playing in the world for a while
