Issue Description: Every time i try to open the soul binder interface minecraft crashes. On the server, in single player, with optifine and without optifine.

What happens: Right click soul binder and then game crashes

What you expected to happen: Expect to get into an interface to make a spawner

Steps to reproduce:

1.place soul binder
2. right click soul binder
3. crash
...

we tried running the server on version 66 and now the server wont start up. does it require a world wipe to start up?

It shouldn't. Can you provide us with your server log?
