Redstone conduit does not update

Issue Description:
the signal does not update
What happens:
if the output of the redstone source drops to the redstone conduit, the input of the conduit will not be updated.
What you expected to happen:
that the input from the conduit is also lost
Steps to reproduce:
I am playing stoneblock 1 mod pack.
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- EnderIO: 5.1.55
- EnderCore: 1.12.2-0.5.76
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.5.2854
- SpongeForge? no
- Optifine? no
- Single Player

I can see that, but then come the question can I just download the newer version and install it, because i downloaded this mod pack with this version installed. the origanal stoneblock modpack.
