Current Features:-
Ores can be smelted (furnace or blast furnace) into their vanilla items (ingots, diamonds, etc.)
These ores drop items or themselves similar to what the overworld counterparts do, compatible with fortune and silk touch
Ores generate successfully, at the same rate as overworld ores, but in the end.

Make redstone light up in fabric ver
