(note this is my first time putting in an issue in GitHub)

I've been playing my modpack for a while now a few months and recently it has started to crash saying the ID limit was been reached " Invalid id 10345 - maximum id range exceeded." i was wondering if someone could explain the config to me and how to increase it possibly?
