I dont know much about modding or coding but love this mod! I use skydaz.com as a downloader cuz i always screw up modding. I had a few I ideas on new biomes and I am willing to help to the extent of my ability. I would not claim any rights to these biomes as anyone could come up with them

@ScottKillen if u will read the above portion you will understand where I am coming from, but here are a few of my ideas:

Floating (in water) glaciers of snow (would have to be in water deeper than your average ocean to allow for the large lower portion

Crystal and stalactite caves (two seperate biomes would need to make a new "crystal" block fun for exploring and mob fighting thinking to have glowstone with the stalactites and for the crystal to give off a glow maybe they can be cyan color glass but harder like rock?)

Mountains (I know they have mountains, but im talking legit himalayas mountains like big as heck and maybe the caves can be in there?)

Coral Reef (based on your ocean biome ideas but also possibly having mo'creatures integration?)

bubbling springs (kinda like hot springs in yellowstone all rock with pools of water (maybe have smoke particles to resemble steam?))

Also watch this youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=VC7m2Lc7YaU#!
he got some of it wrong but ideas like the all ice biome, that cool parcor swamp, the wheatfield, and the magical forest all sound like cool ideas to me

Glaciers and crystal type caves have been suggested. I am working on design documents for them.

Coral Reefs I'm am sure mo creatures would work with it since it works with our mod already. In my design document that I did for the ocean biome I suggested several types of creatures, but it's more of a priority to get the biome added and then perhaps later work on mobs.

I am also working on a design document for a Yellowstone type area. This would include gysers, hot springs, mud pots and other geothermal type formations.

Let us know if you have any other suggestions or things you'd like to see. =)

Thanks for the input @bkhsk8 but since these ideas are mentioned elsewhere I'm going to close this one
