I don't know if this is even possible to achieve, but underground features such as new cave structures such as stalagmites and stalactites, or even just different shapes of caves would be interesting. Not sure if this really fits in with the extra biomes theme of the mod, but EBXL is one of the best mods at terrain modification that I know of, so I thought I would leave my thoughts here.
