It would be awesome if one could craft buildcraft stuff with the different types of wood from extra biomes. :)

The extrabiomes wood types are registered in the forge ore dictionary. If Buildcraft will not use them, then they need to switch to crfting recipes that utilize the ore dictionary. You should report this to the Buildcraft team.
