The RP2 volcanos do spawn in our biomes...and where RP trees spawn would be something for Eloraam to decide on.

Yes, that is a RP2 issue. It does it in every biome...even vanilla ones. Her volcanos don't spawn until after the trees have been generated. This is something that you will need to talk to her about as we don't have control over where her volcanos spawn.

I have provided code in Forge to fix these issues and Eloraam has asked me specifically not to add support for her terrain gen items as she has plans to use the forge hooks.
