Sapling replanting chance needs to be balanced for different sapling types. At the moment all sapling have a 5% chance of planting themselves.

We need someone to come up with a good replant rates to different sapling types. The default settings are in https://github.com/ExtrabiomesXL/ExtrabiomesXL/blob/3.14.0/common/extrabiomes/lib/SaplingSettings.java, just change the number inside the parentheses for each sapling type on line 8 to the new default drop chance.
