Red- / firnwood create oakstairs in 3.14.2

The recipe might be maped wrongly, since creating stairs form firn- or redwood only produces oakstairs. The right stairs are shown in NEI.

Probably all recipes have those issues. It was reported for slaps, too.

I think that Forge changed something with how the OreDictionary works with recipes maybe... I'm looking into it.
