I think the ocean should have massive reefs with colorful corals and aquatic plants,kelp forests,sea grass,new terrain like undersea mountains,undersea plains,sea grass,and deep sea trenches.

Yes, that is what is planned. If you have other ideas for the ocean biomes, please put it in the existing biome issue, which can be found here: #76.
