Disable villages spawning in the following biomes by default do to the extreme height of some biomes due to the changes in 1.7.

Extreme Jungle
Glacier
Rainforest
Redwood Forest
Redwood Lush
Snowy Rainforest
Temperate Rainforest

Marsh should already be off since the generation of the biome is off by default already.
Alpine while high up should be ok as it has a lot of flat area for the village to spawn in.

Biomes that still need to be checked are Forested Hills and Green Hills.
