Cracked Sand decay sequence of sandstone is backward

Discovered while reviewing issue #44.
Current sequence is:
Farmland & Grass > Dirt > Sandstone > Sand > CrackedSand
should be (for consistency)
Farmland & Grass > Dirt > Sand > Sandstone > CrackedSand
Need feedback as to the balance ramification if CrackedSand can be used as a sandstone generator.
Just to let you know, with the whole "you don't actually see the changing blocks", I have never seen sandstone. Only grass then sand then cracked sand.
Generating sandstone is not a big deal. You can turn sand to sandstone anyways. That currently is a one-way street. The idea of "Dirt > Sandstone > Sand" is bad -- if cracked sand is supposed to be as hard as sandstone, it makes no sense to go soft -> hard -> soft ->hard. Equally, this allows turning sandstone to sand.
