Desert well isn't appropriate for any of the hot, dry lands?

Jungle temple isn't appropriate for the mini jungle?

... err, what other structures are there by default?

Done in 3.0 release (no structures were appropriate for any biome.)

Desert wells were added pre 1.3 and are already spawnable in mountain deserts. But I had forgotten about mini jungles. Also, I've been brainstorming since your comment and have some ideas.
