[1.19.2] Redstone set from signal sometimes doesn't work

Sometimes the reactor will not turn off after the redstone has turned off - redstone port is set to "set from signal"
This was working for a few days then it just stopped working for no reason
Manually powering on and off the redstone port with a lever fixes it
