Each time I start my ATM9 world I am met with a warning at the top left of my screen stating that control rods may only be placed at the end of a sequence of fuel rods. My reactor is a 3x3 and built as it should be, if I break and replace the control rods block it will start working again.

My whole reactor is within the same chunk. It is force loaded.
