Single player testing

I was trying to increase the yellorite worldgen using the common.toml config file, but even at max 25 clusters with 16 ore each, i am still only seeing the initial low level of ore, even if i move to a new area that has not spawned before, i even tried a new world same amount of Yellorite.

I am not seeing any errors of issues, just worldgen fixed at the same amount regardless of config changes.

Worldgen is data pack based since 1.18/19. The config file don't control it since
