Recipes should not require strict component data

Version: ExtremeReactors2-1.21.1-2.4.21
Issue: Hard coded component requirements on recipes is non-standard and is resulting in issues when, for example, the stack size is modified. In this case, Ender Pearls are allowed to stack to 64 as a player convenience. Your recipes only accept Ender Pearls if they can stack to 16. This stack change has created no issues with any other mod to date, and I've seen no other mod require specific components for basic items like this.
