The game crashes when breaking a fuel rod in a running reactor. This can be with a command or by simply digging in to the reactor in rapid succession so that the game doesn't recognise that the multi-block structure is incomplete.

was testing the mod on creative to learn it and had the same problem, i broke a fueled rod after clicking on scram on the terminal and the game crashed
