[1.18.1] "use_resource_pack true" causing massive lag on advancements

As the Occultism dev discovered, having this feature on in the patchouli book causes massive amount of lag when getting a achievement, which also occurred on ATM7.
Please set "use_resource_pack" to false, and move book to /data (excuse ignorance, going off what dev said in the link above how they fixed for occultism)
