Graphite bar alt recipe config does nothing(issue is back)

This issue is back in the latest version, tried to change these recipes because electrodynamics overwrites the recipe, disabling them had no effect

I've just re-checked this in the last published version of ER for 1.19.2 and the config is working correctly:
