Threaded chunk updates not compatible with FastCraft and Android (Pojav)

When you try to log into the game and turn on the THREADED_CHUNK_UPDATES=true option, the world simply does not open and minecraft freezes forever. Maybe some mods are interfering?

@TheVitya2127 Threaded chunk updates are not compatible with FastCraft

@xronin01 Threaded chunk updates use desktop OpenGL 4.4 extensions that are not available on Android.

I'll keep this issue open for now, but threaded updates are still in a very experimental phase, but i'll try fixing these issues in the future.
