Some chunks dont render, I have like 1 milion ping (cannot teleport, use eq etc)

Some chunks just stoped rendering and gamed freezed, cannot teleport etc like it has milion ping..... Mods for optimalization I used:
neodymium, falsetweaks, falsepatternlib, unimixins all
