The gaia pylon & and other pylons from botania render directly north-east of the player and visually glitch. The blocks themselfs are invisible.

I'm unable to reproduce this problem in an instance with only falsepatternlib, spongemixins, triangulator, baubles, and botania.
Please try disabling mods in your modpack one by one (except botania and triangulator, of course), until the issue disappears, a different mod might be messing up the opengl state.
update: i managed to reproduce this issue, it appeared after a game restart.
No clue how to fix it yet, but i'll try to find some solution
update 2: the beacon renderer optimization is the cause, i'm looking into the code right now
