Blocks "flicker" in the inventory when FalseTweaks is installed

With FalseTweaks:

Withfalsetweaks.mp4

Without FalseTweaks:

Withoutfalsetweaks.mp4

This only happens when the game is in fullscreen.

After tweaking the config file a bit, I found that it's caused by the block crack fix option
