Tropicraft corals render flowing water texture when Fluidlogged API is installed

When Fluidlogged API is installed, Tropicraft coral blocks show the flowing water texture.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Tropics (portal enchanter wand had an instant teleport function)
  2. Place a piece of Tropicraft coral anywhere in the tropics water

What I expected was the coral to blend seamlessly with the tropics water, as it does when Tropicraft is installed without Fluidlogged API
