Grass spreads to dirt blocks under path and water blocks.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Load the game
- Enter world
- /gamerule randomTickSpeed 9999
- Watch as grass grows around the submerged banks of a river/pond
Expected behavior
Grass should not spread to dirt blocks under blocks.
