Make topical slime blocks not connect with regular slime. I dunno the technical logistics behind this so, maybe it's too difficult to add, but it'd be a very useful feature and would make tropical slimes more useful.

Funnily enough, that was considered, and skipped because the logistics because it was too demanding technically for such a small feature. They already do not connect to Sticky Pistons, which helps them be distinct.
