As we discussed already in your Discord, update 2.3.0 changed a few things and now a lot of chests generate the same loot when overriding the loot tables.
Hopefully this can be fixed, as the feature of overriding loot tables per floor is incredibly useful for customizing the dungeon's loot with preexisting loot tables.
