Configure other containers (including other mods) as cold chests

Configure other containers as ice chests, such as the fridges from Cooking For Blockheads or MrCrayfish's mod.

AKA move rot system and cold chests to use Forge Capabilities.

Implemented by converting rot and preserving to use capabilities, and adding preserving config.

Added some default preserving entries for MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod and Cooking for Blockheads coolers/fridges/freezers.
