1.12.2 Pam's Harvestcraft Incompatability

Describe the bug
When used with Pam's Harvestcraft, the 1.12.2 version of Food Funk causes planted potatoes and carrots to appear as a missing texture. No other mods are installed other than wumpleutil-1.12.2-2.12.9.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install 'Pam's+HarvestCraft+1.12.2zg' and 'foodfunk-1.12.2-4.9.6' off CurseForge
- Hoe some ground and plant either potatoes or carrots
- See something like this
Expected behavior
Potatoes and carrots display their respective correct textures when planted, and have their correct names when looked at in f3 mode (as opposed to minecraft:air).

Additional context
The crops grow correctly and have the correct drops, but do not use the correct model or textures. They do have the correct hitboxes however. Also, normal planted potatoes and carrots can be created with commands (eg: /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:potatoes) and no other crops are broken.
