Describe the feature

Should be a fairly minor thing, but a framed block similar to the Framed Floor Board or Framed Horizontal Plane that is all the way up at the top of the block.

That's pretty straightforward to add. I'll try to add it to the existing floor board as an alternate placement though to avoid adding unnecessary variants.
