Describe the feature

I recently saw an image of a base that had vertical bar wall boards (see image) and I figured that framed ladders come pretty close except they are horizontal instead of vertical. I would be so happy if there were vertical bars.

I like this idea a lot, adding it to the list of planned blocks.
