Describe the feature: Ability to craft framed half slope panels just like you can with the framed half slopes.

I'll add the half slope slab and half slope panel to the planned blocks but I can't guarantee anything yet, especially for the slope panel because I need to find a way to do the placement behaviour that makes sense to players.
